Production equipment for long and wide products are different from other equipments. We adjust the vulcanization time of the material and the foaming ratio for these long and wide products.
Open cell sponge compound design
Products using materials produced by our proprietary compounding technology. Basically, most designs have closed cell, but we have designed a rubber sponge compound with open cell. Open cell is a sponge cell (bubble) that is connected to its neighbor, allowing air to escape from the rubber sponge and enabling high compression.
Low hardness compound design
Products using materials produced by our proprietary compounding technology.
It is made of NBR material with a hardness of approximately 30° and is used for anti-vibration rubber. RoHS Ⅱ Compliance applied.
V-0 & high specific gravity compound design
Products using materials produced by our proprietary compounding technology.
We have developed a material that has a product specific gravity of 2.7 and a flame resistance of V-0. Special chemicals (materials) were used to meet both requirements.
High hardness sponge compound design

The foaming density is adjusted to increase the hardness of the sponge material.
The foaming agent is adjusted and a variety of density materials are available.
High hardness material compound design

Flame retardant material compound design

It is a compounded material for CR solids with flame retardant property.
Flame retardant performance is V-0 (UL).
Colored EPDM compound

Two patterns, sponge and solid, are produced using EPDM material.
Materials will be used as determined after consultation on color tones.
Highly insulating sponge compound

Material is EPDM and provides high heat insulating property.
